cafe Taste is an environmentally-mandated business modelled after a European cafe, featuring local products with a focus on Wine & Cheese. Be sure to enjoy our intimate wine garden patio, crafted from reclaimed materials. We use Bullfrog Energy for 100% green power, and all of our commercial products are from Greenshift for 100% green operations.

cafe Taste offers products and flavours found nowhere else:

• The wine list reveals carefully selected varietals for wine to cheese pairings, with strong emphasis on premium Ontario producers.
• House beers consist of artisan microbrews from Ontario Craft Brewers.
• House scotch is a Gaelic connoisseurs blend of character and distinction.

Our green policies include a commitment to eco-friendly, fair trade coffee and promoting a non-throwaway customer culture. While we do provide biodegradable take-out coffee cups, we encourage patrons to bring their own reusable mug when possible.
